Fundraising 

The following committees fall under the PTO Vice President. If you have specific questions about the committees you may email vp@dickinsonpto.com or if there is a named committee chair please contact them directly.

BOX TOPS 

Manages the collection of box tops and submits for school. Arranges "box top" drives throughout the year to increase the collection. Committee members may work with the coordinator to help with drives and collection of box tops.

TAG SALE 

The TAG sale is our answer to the "no garage sale" rule and is held twice a year. The coordinator is responsible for managing the overall process of advertising, vendor sign-up, date selection and day of logistics. Volunteers are needed to help with activities prior to the event and with help the day of the TAG Sale.

SPIRIT WEAR 

Coordinates the design and ordering of all Spirit Wear. Attends various events to sell merchandise. Manages Inventory. Fulfills all orders made online. If you would like to assist with selling merchandise at events and helping fulfill orders, please email spirtwear@dickinsonpto.com

VOLUNTEERS

Coordinates how many people are needed in the workroom and when. Provides a list of needs volunteers fulfill while in workroom.

Volunteer to assist librarian with various tasks

GENERAL VOLUNTEER WORK

We will always need help throughout the year at various events. Be on the lookout for opportunities to sign-up!

HOSPITALITY

BOO HOO/WOO HOO BREAKFAST

Annual breakfast for Kindergarten parents. Served in the library after drop off on the first day of school. Provide food/beverages and support!

Help with the various teacher appreciation activities throughout the year. 

TEACHER SNACKS

Sign-up to bring grade-level snacks for the weekly teacher planning meetings

COMMUNICATIONS

YEARBOOK COORDINATOR - Tiffany Ford - yearbook@dickinsonpto.com

Works with vendor regarding design and layout to ensure the yearbook is printed and delivered on time. Manages collection of photos.

STAFF PHOTOGRAPHERS

Works with the Yearbook coordinator to attend events and take pictures. We will need several volunteers throughout the year.
