PTO President

Katy Cummings

• ​Set the agenda and preside over regular, special and Executive Board meetings of the organization.
• Act as an ex-officio member of all committees, except for Nominating Committee. 
• Perform such duties as prescribed in these bylaws or assigned to her/him by the Executive Board committee.
• Coordinate the duties of the officers and committees, in order that the objectives-mission may be promoted.

Vice President

Kody Messer

• Perform such duties as assigned by the President. 
• Perform the duties of the President in the absence or inability to serve.
• Handle all Spirit Nights within the community.
• Help with determining fundraising goals, and implementing or assigning a chair for selected fundraising activities (i.e. spirit nights, parents night out, Skeeters tickets, etc.).
• Set up annual school supply sales

Treasurer

Amanda Sandoval

• Responsible for all funds of the organization: for monies due and payable to the organization from all sources, and deposit funds in a bank selected by the Board.
• Prepares and makes disbursements within the budget adopted by the Board.
• Presents a written financial report as needed by the Tax treasurer at the end of the fiscal year, and at other times as requested by the Executive Committee.

Communications

Alyssa Mack

• Manage communications and marketing for the PTO, including but not limited to PTO newsletters, email broadcasts, website, bulletin boards, etc. 

Secretary

Lauren Suter & Ryann Jarrard

• Record the minutes at regular, special, and Executive Board meetings of the organization.
• Handle correspondence to and from the organization.
• Responsible for the safekeeping of all correspondence of the organization and for documenting and updating the PTO Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Keep Calendar of Events for the PTO. 
• Perform such duties as assigned by the President.

Volunteer Coordinator

Nicole Stoker & Stephanie McClellan

• Coordinate all volunteer activities deemed necessary by the administration/teachers.  
• Perform duties as designated by Lamar Consolidated Independent School District (LCIDS).
• Responsible for managing PTO Liasons and coordinating all communication with the liaisons. 
• Has oversight for any committees whose primary function is to provide volunteer hours to the school - i.e. Workroom.

Membership

• Coordinate annual membership drive
• Create, update and distribute Membership Directory
• Oversight of any committees that coordinate special programs that benefit members

Hospitality

Matty Garcia & Bridget Williams

• Responsible for coordinating all teacher appreciation activities. 
• Coordinate any hospitality activities, including Kindergarten Welcome Breakfast. Responsible for purchasing and mailing all thank you, get well, sympathy and birthday cards for Dickinson Staff and PTO Board Members and for sending flowers or gifts approved by the PTO Board in the event of birth, wedding or death. 
• Promote and award Teacher of the Month.

Yearbook

Anne Heyden & Candice O'Brien

• Responsible for supervising and coordinating the preparation, marketing, and distribution of annual yearbooks.
