PTO Presidents

Brenna Dawson & Stephanie Sulak

Set the agenda and preside over regular, special and Executive Board meetings of the organization.
Act as an ex-officio member of all committees, except for Nominating Committee.
Perform such duties as prescribed in these bylaws or assigned to her/him by the Executive Board committee.
Coordinate the duties of the officers and committees, in order that the objectives-mission may be promoted.

Vice Presidents

Allie Fantin & Melissa Siptak

Perform such duties as assigned by the President.
Perform the duties of the President in the absence or inability to serve.
Handle all Spirit Nights within the community.
Help with determining fundraising goals, and implementing or assigning a chair for selected fundraising activities (i.e. spirit nights, parents night out, Skeeters tickets, etc.).
Set up annual school supply sales

Treasurer

JoBeth Prochaska & Sarah Dunham

Responsible for all funds of the organization: for monies due and payable to the organization from all sources, and deposit funds in a bank selected by the Board.
Prepares and makes disbursements within the budget adopted by the Board.
Presents a written financial report as needed by the Tax treasurer at the end of the fiscal year, and at other times as requested by the Executive Committee.

Communications

Alison Skiles

Manage communications and marketing for the PTO, including but not limited to PTO newsletters, email broadcasts, website, social media bulletin boards, etc.

Secretaries

Katrina King & Tram Thomsen

Record the minutes at regular, special, and Executive Board meetings of the organization.
Handle correspondence to and from the organization.
Responsible for the safekeeping of all correspondence of the organization and for documenting and updating the PTO Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Keep Calendar of Events for the PTO.
Perform such duties as assigned by the President.

Volunteer Coordinators

Jen Kresta, Jenna Niesner & Sarah Campbell

Coordinate all volunteer activities deemed necessary by the administration/teachers.
Perform duties as designated by Lamar Consolidated Independent School District (LCISD).
Responsible for managing PTO Liasons and coordinating all communication with the liaisons.
Has oversight for any committees whose primary function is to provide volunteer hours to the school - i.e. Workroom.

Membership

Create, update and distribute Membership Directory
Oversight of any committees that coordinate special programs that benefit members

Hospitality

Bethany Girod, Stephanie Helal & Bridget Williams

Responsible for coordinating all teacher appreciation activities.
Coordinate any hospitality activities for the school and staff, including Boo Hoo Breakfast, Monthly Teacher recognition events, Teacher Appreciation Week, etc.
Assist with hospitality duties for PTO sponsored events

Yearbook

McKinney Whetstone, Megan Ryan & Meredith Lewis

Responsible for supervising and coordinating the preparation, marketing, and distribution of annual yearbooks.

Ron Clark House Coordinators

Kody Messer, Alexa Fontana & Macale Touchstone

Serves as the liaison between the Ron Clark School Committee and the PTO Board
Helps plan the House Reveal Day in the fall for Kindergarten and new students
Oversees the House Pep Rallies every nine weeks including team activities and house rewards
